Definitions
– “Management” and “We” means Stellaluna Private Resort. This includes the resort owners and employees of Stellaluna Private Resort.
– “Property” means all the resorts owned by Stellaluna Private Resort, which includes Stella Villa 1 and Luna Villa 2.
– “Guest(s)” and “You” means: (i) the person(s) visiting and staying at Stellaluna Private Resorts and the person(s) making the booking.
– “Website” means stellalunaprivateresort.com.
General
The regulations that must be adhered to at all times on Stellaluna Private Resort property are listed in this section. Management has the authority to dismiss visitors from the property without a refund if they break any of the following rules:
1. Stellaluna Private Resort Villas 1 and 2 have a strict limit of 40 guests per villa. Any extra people will be barred from entering. We, as your host prioritize the comfort and safety of our guests.
2. Please keep things tidy. For severe filth or other messes requiring significant cleaning, management will demand a cleaning fee of Php 1,000.00 or more. We forbid the usage of glitter bombs or confetti cannons/poppers inside the resort.
3. All visitors are expected to act in a civilized manner at all times. The management has the authority to dismiss guests from the property without a refund if they behave in an unruly, rude, or abusive manner toward our staff.
4. The proper use of the facilities, including the furniture, appliances, and equipment, shall be the responsibility of the guests. The management maintains the right to hold visitors accountable for any losses or damages to property. The caretaker must be notified of any damages and breakages. Before departing the resort grounds, guests are required to settle their liabilities.
5. Keep an eye on your personal belongings at all times. The management will not be held accountable or liable for any guest losses of valuables or personal items.
A. Drug Use and Illegal Activities
1. Illegal drug usage, possession, and use of drug paraphernalia are strictly forbidden on the premises.
2. The private resort has a no smoking policy inside the villa.
3. Any wrongdoing or illegal activity by the visitors shall not subject management to any harm, liability, or blame.
4. Management is not responsible for any mishaps, injuries, or other unfavorable events that may take place on the resort’s property.
B. Meals/Food Preps and Cookwares
1. We don’t offer meals or beverages at our resorts. Food poisoning that can result from food and/or drinks that visitors bring in won’t be the responsibility of management.
2. Any form of stove, including butane, electric, and “Superkalan” stoves, are prohibited from being brought in for safety reasons. In-house appliances are the only ones permitted to be used in the resort.
C. Use of Amenities
1. If visitors intend to decorate or post for a special occasion, they must let the caretaker know. He or she will complete the setup for the visitor (e.g. banners, streamers, balloons).
2. After 10:00 PM, the use of videoke or other sound amplification devices is banned. This complies with the local government’s established required law.
D. Pool Rules
– No diving (Pool depth is not ideal for diving or any stunts.)
– No diving from the 2nd floor balcony
– No pushing
– No running
– No rough housing
– Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool
– Adults must supervise kids and young adults while swimming
– Do not swim when you are drunk
