How do I book?
  1. Click the “Book Now” button on our homepage to start your reservation.
  2. If you have any questions or need assistance during the booking process, feel free to contact us. You can send a direct message via our Instagram or Facebook pages, or reach out to our customer service team through the pop-up chat on our website.
Availability Calendar

You can check the availability of each villa by visiting its page, where an availability calendar is displayed.

Is there parking?

There is a secured garage for two automobiles in each villa. If you are not a hindrance, you may also park on the side of the road. To avoid smoke entering the living room area, please remember to park facing the villa.

Do you allow pets?

Pets are welcome at Stellaluna's exclusive resort. There is a nominal fee Php 1,500.00 Pet Surcharge per night (valid for up to 2 pets) if you are traveling with a pet to help cover the expense of additional cleaning and vacuuming. For other animals, management approval and related fees are required. Must wear a diaper at all times inside the villa. Thank you so much!

GENTLE REMINDER FOR FUR PARENTS

  1. In the Villa's open spaces, pets are welcome. Furthermore, they are permitted to stay in the Senior Room on the ground floor ONLY. They cannot enter Bedroom 1,2,3 and the Master's Bedroom on the 2nd floor.
  2. Pets must never left unattended and must always be with the owner or a designated person.
  3. Pets are not allowed to swim in the pool. (Penalty fee: Php 3,000)
  4. Remove and property dispose of any waste or litter left behind by your pet(s) in the villa. If my pet leaves food, feces, or any other waste on the floor, there will be an excessive clean-up cost. (Excessive clean-up and/or damage fee starts at Php2,500)
  5. Present vaccination cards for your pets. All essential and current immunization and inoculations should be given to your dogs, They should also be free of any diseases or disorders that are contagious. If necessary, you should be able to provide the records for  your animals.
  6. Owners who bring pets agree to register them when they check into the villa and to sign the necessary pet waiver.
What kind of cookware/kitchenware will be provided?

Only the bare necessities are available: a medium pot and pan, a knife, and a cutting board. If necessary, feel free to bring your own.

Please be aware that bringing your own stove is not permitted. (gas & electric).

Cookware and utensils are available upon request. Please wash and return them after use. Avoid using metal on non-stick
surfaces and refrain from leaving food or grease overnight. Lost or damaged items may be subject to a replacement fee.

Excessive Cleaning Fee

A cleaning fee of Php 3,000 to Php 5,000 may be charged to guests who leave the premises in an excessively dirty or unruly state beyond normal use. This includes, but is not limited to:

Improper Guest Conduct:

  • Cigarette butts or vomit found on floors or furniture

  • Bedsheets or furniture soiled with bodily fluids

  • Unwashed cookware and kitchen left in disarray

  • Scattered trash in bedrooms, living areas, or poolside

  • Slippery, wet floors creating safety hazards

  • Party favors, confetti, or decor not removed by guests

  • Unauthorized use of the pool by pets

Unruly Behaviors

  • Damaging or removing property (e.g., towels, remotes, utensils, decor)

  • Bringing in unauthorized guests beyond the declared headcount

  • Rearranging furniture without permission and not returning it to its original position

  • Excessivenoise or loud music beyond quiet hours (especially with neighbors nearby)

  • Cooking with strong-smelling ingredients that leave lingering odors (e.g., dried fish,
    grilled food inside rooms)

  • Staining walls, floors, or fabrics with alcohol, paint, or food coloring

  • Leaving food out that attracts insects or animals

  • Improper disposal of sanitary products in toilets causing plumbing issues

  • Leaving doors or gates open, compromising the safety and privacy of the property

  • Smoking indoors despite house rules

  • Spilling alcoholic beverages inside the pool causing the water to turn green

📌Note: Guests are expected to follow a CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) policy during their stay. A penalty may be imposed for any violation of the
resort’s cleanliness guidelines and house rules.
